We have a $2,000,000 limit medallion stamp for your convenience.

Our fees for Medallion Stamp Signature Guarantees are based on current value of securities as follows:
Up to $500,000 - $100 plus GST
$500,001 - $1,000,000 - $150 plus GST
$1,000,001 - $2,000,000 - $200 plus GST

  • What we can medallion:
    • Personal Transfer
      • Person named on document must sign in person
      • Government issued photo ID is required
    • Corporate Transfers:
      • Corporate documents must be obtainable from a Provincial or State Government Site.
      • A directors resolution signed by all of the directors is required authorizing the signing director/s to sign the transfer forms to sell the shares.
      • Signing directors must sign in person
      • Government issued photo ID is required
  • What we cannot medallion:
    • If the authorized signatory is not able to sign in person
    • Transfers including power of attorneys authorizing third parties to sign
    • Corporations that we cannot obtain corporate documents from a government site

REQUIREMENTS FOR GETTING A MEDALLION

Personal Registration (Shares registered in your personal name)

  1. Government issued photo ID
  2. If Stock Power to be Medallion Stamped - Stock Power fully completed reflecting the number of shares, name of registered owner, date, issuer name
  3. If Certificate to be Medallion Stamped - Original Certificate must be present

Corporate Registration (Shares registered in the name of a corporation)

  1. Government issued photo ID
  2. List of Directors produced by the Province or State where the company is formed
  3. Current Corporate documents produced by the Province or State where the company is formed
  4. If there are multiple directors, a directors resolution signed by all of the directors approving the specific director to sign including details of the shares to be medallion stamped.
